Preorders: Orders including preorder products will ship once all items are available. For our new mask designs dispatch is estimated for the 9th of December.
We offer free delivery for orders shipped to the United States! We are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses but we do offer delivery to these addresses via Amazon.
Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday). If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.

Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.
Shipping and Tracking
We usually ship all orders via UPS or USPS, however we may use other carriers if this is more efficient. We’ll confirm shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our US warehouse.
We’ll also send you an email with your shipment information and tracking (where available) after your order has been dispatched.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
- If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we would be delighted to assist.
