Our original Trtl Pillow is super lightweight, designed to ergonomically support your head and neck while you nap, all wrapped up in a supersoft fleece fabric to keep you cosy. It works with a hidden internal support which fits to any shape of neck, and wraps like a scarf, with an adjustable fastening to help you find a snug fit. We recommend you trial your TRTL in the comfort of your home prior to starting your journey.

The Trtl Pillow Plus a fully height-adjustable travel pillow! Trtl Pillows work with a hidden internal support to provide true ergonomic comfort for your head and neck while you nap. The Trtl Pillow Plus features adjustable toggles at the front and back of this support to completely customise your fit, along with extra high-density foam padding and breathable mesh panels for first-class comfort. We recommend you trial your TRTL in the comfort of your home prior to starting your journey.
We recommend removing the internal support from the scarf one wing at a time and then pulling the fabric over the toggles. Wash on a cold (30°C) cycle and then drip dry. Then all you need to do is reinsert the internal support one wing at a time.

How do I adjust the Trtl Pillow Plus?
Hold the support in one hand and loop the scarf around the back of your neck. Push in and twist the dials to adjust the height of your support. Wrap the scarf around your neck and secure using the hook and loop system on the outside of the support, covering the dials.

Before you wear your Trtl Pillow Cool, make sure you’ve removed the protective strip over the hook & loop fastening, as shown. Reapply the protective strip over the hook & loop system after each use to prevent snagging

How do I put the Trtl Pillow Junior on my child?
If you are helping your child put on their pillow, start by either sitting or standing in front of them. Position the pillow behind their head, holding the grip in one hand and the scarf in the other, then fasten the hook and loop closure to their preferred level of comfort. Check that it’s not too loose or too tight - it should be snug enough for the support to stay in place, with enough room to relax.

The Trtl ‘Glimpse’ Sleep Mask provides complete 360-degree blackout or adjustable light exposure by raising the front panel. Its unique foam layer keeps the mask away from your eyes, allowing comfortable blinking without smudging mascara. Designed for a secure fit, it features ultra-soft, flexible construction. Each mask includes removable bamboo fabric eyecups for optional stress relief, with deep foam padding and fine mesh eyeholes.
Separate eyecups from the mask and place all mask parts in a washbag. Machine wash on a cool, 30 degrees wash and allow to naturally air dry.
Is the sleep mask completely blackout?
