Daybreak – Free Matching Gift Terms and Conditions

By claiming this offer, the customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Offer Overview

  • This offer applies to the first 100 customers who purchase a Daybreak Travel Pillow Cool ("Daybreak TPC") from the new Daybreak Collection. Daybreak collection includes 3 colours: Midnight, Whisper and Glacier.
  • Eligible customers will receive a free ‘Glimpse’ Sleep Mask that matches the colourway of their purchased Daybreak TPC (e.g., purchasing the "Midnight" Daybreak TPC entitles you to a "Midnight" sleep mask).
  • The offer is limited to 50 units for customers in the UK and 50 units for customers in the US.

2. Eligibility

  • The offer is open to UK and US residents.
  • Employees of Coolside Limited T/A Trtl and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this offer.

3. Offer Period

  • The offer will go live at 3:00 PM UK time on 17 January 2025.
  • Once the allocation of free sleep masks has been reached, no additional sleep masks will be offered.

4. Offer Requirements

To participate in the offer, customers must:

  • Add any colourway of the Daybreak TPC to their cart.
  • The sleep mask will be labelled with the tag: “FREE-SLEEPMASK”.
  • Check out.

5. Shipping Information

  • Any orders containing a free mask from the Daybreak Collection will start shipping from 27 January 2025.
  • Customers not receiving a free sleep mask will have their orders shipped first due to stock availability.

6. Communication of the Offer

  • Details of this promotion will be available on the Daybreak Collection landing pages at https://uk.trtltravel.com/collections/daybreak.
  • A brief summary of the offer will also be included on the product description pages (PDPs) for the Daybreak TPC.

 

7. Additional Conditions

  • This offer is only valid for purchases made directly through our website at uk.trtltravel.com or trtltravel.com.
  • The promotion is limited to one free sleep mask per eligible order.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions, apart from the email newsletter Welcome Offer.
  • If the order containing the free sleep mask is cancelled, the free gift must also be returned.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility, the company’s decision will be final.
