1. Promoter

The promoter is Trtl, registered in the UK. These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to participants aged 18 years or over.

  • Open worldwide, except where prohibited by local laws.

  • Employees of Trtl, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible for either giveaway, participants must complete all of the following actions on Instagram:

  1. Follow @Trtl on Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

For one extra entry, participants may also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories. One extra entry per Instagram account only.

No purchase is necessary.

Only entries that complete all four steps will be considered valid.

4. Giveaway Periods

  • Giveaway #1: Opens [24 September 15:00 GMT] and closes [01 October 15:00 GMT].

  • Giveaway #2: Opens [03 October 15:00 GMT] and closes [06 October 15:00 GMT].

Entries received outside these periods will not be counted.

5. Prizes

  • Giveaway #1 Prize: A Double Comfort Bundle — any two Trtl Pillows (either the Trtl Pillow Original or the Trtl Pillow Cool). The winner may select two pillows from available stock.

  • Giveaway #2 Prize: A Trtl Celebration Bundle — one Trtl Flask, one Glimpse Sleep Mask, and one Trtl Pillow (Original or Cool). The winner may choose colors for the flask and sleep mask, and type of pillow, subject to stock availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are offered. Excludes products created as part of collaborations or licenses.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be chosen at random for each giveaway from all valid entries received.

  • Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @Trtl account within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond, Trtl reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner

7. Winner content

Winners may be invited to share photos or videos of themselves with their Trtl prizes for use on Trtl’s social media channels and website. Participation is optional, and winners will not be penalised or excluded if they choose not to provide content.

8. General Conditions

  • Trtl reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.

  • Trtl is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.

  • Trtl accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues (e.g. connectivity problems, Instagram outages).

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection

Winners agree that Trtl may use their Instagram handle and first name for announcing results on Trtl’s social media channels. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law

The giveaway and these terms will be governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
