Eligibility & selection 

Taking part is completely voluntary and open to participants based in the United States. Interview places are limited, so not everyone who responds will be selected.  

To be eligible to participate in the interview the participants must: 

  • Have access to a laptop with a stable internet connection and working camera and microphone 

  • Agree for the interview to be recorded for internal purposes  

  • Schedule a mutually agreed timeslot with the Trtl team 

 

Interview format 

Interviews will last around 30 minutes and will take place online via Google Meet with members of our product development team. All participants agree to turn on their video and camera for this interview.  

 

Recording & use of information 

With your consent, we’ll record the interview so we can review it later for internal research and product development purposes only. Recordings and insights won’t be used for marketing or shared outside our team. Consent to record the video call is required to take part in the research. 

 

Incentive 

Participants who complete the interview will receive a $100 digital gift card via PerfectGift.com after the interview. Gift card can be redeemed as a Visa pre-paid card or as a gift card for one of popular retailers (eg. Target, Starbucks, Uber Eats). The full list of available retailers can be accessed here.  

The gift card isn’t redeemable for cash and is subject to PerfectGift.com’s own terms and conditions. 

 

Data protection 

Any personal information you share will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable US data protection laws. 

 

Right to withdraw 

You’re free to withdraw from the interview at any time. If the interview isn’t completed, we may not be able to issue the gift card.
