Trtl / Coolside Ltd Survey Terms & Conditions – Flightgift Voucher & Paid Research Opportunities
Promotion: $500 Flightgift flight vouchers & $100 paid research opportunity

1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Exclusions: Employees of Trtl / Coolside Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.
To be eligible for the prize draw or paid research, participants must own a Trtl product.
2. How to Enter
Participants must complete the full survey to be entered into the $500 Flightgift voucher draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to opt in to take part in additional paid research.
3. Promotion Period
Survey Entry Period: Friday, 10th December 2025 (00:01 GMT) – Sunday, 21st December 2025 (23:59 GMT)
4. Winner Selection – Flightgift Voucher
The $500 Flightgift voucher winner will be chosen via a random draw from all eligible entries.
Only complete survey entries will be included.
The draw will take place, and the winner notified, on or before 31st December 2025.
5. Winner Notification – Flightgift Voucher
Winner will be notified by email.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn.
6. Prize Details – Flightgift Voucher
Prize: $500 Flightgift flight vouchers.
Vouchers are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Expiry dates are determined by Flightgift.com and will apply as per their terms.
7. Paid Research Opportunity
Selected participants may be invited to take part in a 15–30 minute video call via Zoom or Google Meet in January 2026.
Each participant who completes the research call will receive $100 prepaid Visa or gift card as compensation.
To participate, you must:
Own a Trtl product
Have access to a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection
Only participants who opt in at the end of the survey and are selected by Trtl will be contacted for participation.
Participation in the paid research is optional and does not affect eligibility for the $500 Flightgift voucher.
8. Data Usage
Participant email addresses will be used solely for the purpose of contacting winners and selected research participants.
No marketing or other communications will be sent unless explicitly consented to.
9. Right to Amend or Cancel
Trtl / Coolside Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
11. Additional
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Winners and research participants may be asked for permission to use their name or initials for promotional purposes, but this is not mandatory.
